Grammarly's advanced writing suggestions enable you to accelerate your writing, champion your voice, and spur academic or professional growth by providing consistent real-time feedback.

Creating Your Account

To sign up for account you must be a current Rutgers Business School student, staff, or faculty member. 

Note: If you previously had an account that was not associated with your NetID, you will need to follow the link below to create a new one.

  1. Use the Grammarly Sign-up Link secured by Single-Sign-On (SSO) to log in and get started.

Accessing Your Account

To access the platform, you must be a current Rutgers Business School student, staff, or faculty member.

  1. Go to and select "Log in" in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
  2. On the next screen, you will log in with as the email address to initiate the familiar SSO login process.
  3. Download Grammarly for your various devices, web browsers, and mobile devices.


Grammarly accounts will remain active for all current Business School faculty, staff, and students who have utilized the service during a given semester, with account cleanup taking place at the conclusion of each semester.

Rutgers provides free access to various Microsoft Office products for all current students. Every student can install Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Office Online, OneNote, Publisher, and Access on up to five devices.
