Cisco WebEx phone is a part of the WebEx application installed on your mobile device that allows you to make and receive phone calls from your office line. Incoming calls will ring on both your office phone and mobile device through this application. Calls can also be placed from this application on your mobile device, allowing you to call from your office phone number.
Requests for setting this up can be made here.

Eventbrite is an online event registration system that can be used for free or paid, as well as in person or online.
Interface
- Event page is customizable allowing for event details, agenda, and images.
- Flexible and highly customizable, additional information can be collected as part of the registration process including custom questions organizer creates. Questions can be asked of all or specific ticket types
- Custom-created interface with branding and associated payment & event information
- Email information to all registrants at one time or by ticket type.

- Fees are collected and paid out two weeks after the event ends via check.

FindTime
An add-on for Rutgers Connect that you can use to find the best times to schedule meetings. FindTime shows what days and times work the best for you and your attendees, allows you to propose your selected times to all attendees, and then vote and quickly come to a consensus.

BookingsWithMe
A scheduling tool that assists with booking appointments. Unlike FindTime, BookingsWithMe is for one-to-one meetings and not for a group trying to find a common meeting time. Information about setting up and using Bookings with me can be found here:

A communication and collaboration platform that integrates with Microsoft Office 365 for Rutgers students, faculty, and staff. Teams enables remote, global, and dispersed teams to work together and collaborate through a common workspace, team chat, one-on-one chat, document collaboration, and more. Teams is integrated with a variety of other Office 365 services, including OneDrive, OneNote, and SharePoint. More detailed information and training materials can be found here:
Also known as Rutgers Connect, Office 365 is the central email, calendar, and cloud services system for faculty and staff. Office 365 also provides free access to Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to Faulty/Staff and students for free.
This AI platform allows Business School faculty, staff, and students to access large language models (LLM's) from Google, Anthropic, and Meta using a single prompt-based interface. Users can reference external URLs & upload documents, providing additional contextual information to ground the results of their AI query.
