Cisco WebEx phone is a part of the WebEx application installed on your mobile device that allows you to make and receive phone calls from your office line. Incoming calls will ring on both your office phone and mobile device through this application. Calls can also be placed from this application on your mobile device, allowing you to call from your office phone number.

DocuSign is a secure electronic signature tool that verifies, routes, tracks, and stores documents requiring signatures.

Benefits of using Docusign:

  • Faster signatures, with documents automatically routed via email
  • Real-time tracking as documents make their way through the approval process
  • Reduced errors, with DocuSign helping to ensure documents are completed properly
  • DocuSign accounts are available for free to every Rutgers department

Eventbrite is an online event registration system that can be used for free or paid, as well as in person or online.


  • Event page is customizable allowing for event details, agenda, and images.
    • Flexible and highly customizable, additional information can be collected as part of the registration process including custom questions organizer creates. Questions can be asked of all or specific ticket types
    • Custom-created interface with branding and associated payment & event information
    • Email information to all registrants at one time or by ticket type.

    • 2.5 % Eventbrite processing fee (min $1.50 capped at $24.99)


An add-on for Rutgers Connect that you can use to find the best times to schedule meetings. FindTime shows what days and times work the best for you and your attendees, allows you to propose your selected times to all attendees, and then vote and quickly come to a consensus.

A communication and collaboration platform that integrates with Microsoft Office 365 for Rutgers students, faculty, and staff. Teams enables remote, global, and dispersed teams to work together and collaborate through a common workspace, team chat, one-on-one chat, document collaboration, and more. Teams is integrated with a variety of other Office 365 services, including OneDrive, OneNote, and SharePoint.  More detailed information and training materials can be found here:

Payment processing service:

  • Interface
    • Basic payment interface, but one signed piece of additional information can be collected during the payment process, such as the employer's name.
  • Features
    • Setup takes a bit longer and is not easily modified per event, as we need to work with the University to set up and modify.
    • Funds are deposited directly into authorized University accounts.
    • Refunds can be issued through the web interface.

Also known as Rutgers Connect, Office 365 is the central email, calendar, and cloud services system for faculty and staff. Office 365 also provides free access to Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to Faulty/Staff and students for free.

Perceptive Content is a full enterprise content management and workflow suite used to handle various content types, such as documents, and put them in the proper context of an organization's process or need.
