Before You Arrive – Studio Checklist
- Script or Presentation: Prepare a detailed script or outline of the content that you will be presenting. If you are using a presentation, please provide that content to our videographer no less than 24-48 in advance before your scheduled session.
- Note: Presentation slides should be a 4:3 aspect ratio.
- Wardrobe: Choose appropriate clothing that is comfortable, fits well, and looks good on camera. Avoid wearing stripes, the color green, bright colors, or busy patterns that can be distracting or cause visual artifacts. Feel free to bring multiple tops or jackets to switch up your looks.
- Hair and Makeup: If you are doing your own makeup and hair, keep it simple and natural-looking.
- Props and Visual Aids: If you need props or visual aids to support your presentation, make sure they are ready and available in the studio.
- Rehearsal: Practice your presentation ahead of time to ensure that you are comfortable with the content and delivery. This will help you feel confident and prepared when recording.
